Reconnect with Your Strength
Healing begins when you feel safe and supported.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy combines the ancient wisdom of plant medicines with modern psychiatric care and evidence-based therapeutic support. When used intentionally and safely, these medicines—particularly ketamine—can:
Dissolve rigid thought patterns that keep you stuck in depression, anxiety, or trauma
Create neuroplasticity – literally rewiring your brain for new ways of thinking and being
Access deeply buried emotions and memories in a supported, gentle way
Foster spiritual connection and meaning – reconnecting you to yourself, others, and something greater
Accelerate therapeutic breakthroughs – months or years of insight can emerge in fewer sessions
Reduce treatment-resistant symptoms when other approaches haven't worked
Research shows that ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) can be remarkably effective for anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, existential distress, and complex trauma—often with results that last long after the medicine session itself.

Ketamine is a legal, well-researched medicine that has been used safely in medical settings for decades. Unlike traditional antidepressants that can take weeks to work, ketamine can offer relief within hours—creating a window of neuroplasticity where deep therapeutic work becomes possible.
What makes ketamine unique:
Fast-acting relief from depression and suicidal ideation
Safe and legal when administered properly
Creates a dissociative state that allows you to observe difficult emotions without being overwhelmed
Opens the door to insight – many clients describe it as "seeing their life from a higher perspective"
Supports lasting change when combined with integration therapy
I believe ketamine-assisted therapy isn't just clinical—it's sacred work.
Many clients describe their experiences as among the most meaningful of their lives: reconnecting with lost parts of themselves, feeling profound love and forgiveness, accessing spiritual wisdom, or experiencing a sense of unity and interconnectedness that words can barely capture.
This work honors the truth that you are more than your symptoms. You are a soul seeking wholeness, a person yearning to come alive, a being capable of transformation that might feel miraculous.
In the safety of therapeutic support, these medicines can help you:
Release shame and self-judgment you've carried for years
Forgive yourself and others in ways that feel impossible in ordinary consciousness
Reconnect with your authentic self beneath the armor of survival
Access inner wisdom and guidance that's been there all along
Experience transcendent states that restore hope and meaning
I have advanced training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and continue to learn and grow in this expanding field of possibility. As the field of mental health continues to evolve, psychedelic-assisted therapies are gaining recognition for their potential to support meaningful and lasting therapeutic change.
While I do not prescribe or administer ketamine myself, I am with you throught the three stages of your experience:
Set and Setting
In this preparatory phase, my clients and I work together to build a strong mindset and therapeutic setting, built on a foundation of trust and safety. I support you in clarifying your intentions, exploring hopes and concerns, and preparing emotionally and practically for the experience. The environment must feel grounded, safe, and aligned with your therapeutic goals.
The Journey
During the experiential phase, I provide steady, compassionate support while you journey inward. This phase often brings meaningful insights, emotional release, and new perspectives. I ensure you feel safe, supported, and able to move through the experience with curiosity and care.
Integration
Integration is where lasting change begins. After the journey, my clients and I reflect on what emerged and explore how insights can be thoughtfully applied to everyday life. I support you in translating your experience into sustainable shifts in patterns, relationships, and self-understanding.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy is an investment—in time, resources, and courage. But for many, it represents years of healing compressed into weeks or months.
This isn't a quick fix or spiritual bypass. It's deep, transformative work that requires:
Preparation sessions to create safety and set intentions
Medicine sessions are conducted with clinical care and spiritual reverence
Integration therapy to make meaning of your experience and anchor new insights into daily life
The return on this investment?
Freedom from patterns that have held you captive
Relief from suffering that felt permanent
Reconnection to joy, purpose, and vitality
A new relationship with yourself—one rooted in compassion rather than criticism
Healing that lasts—not just symptom management, but genuine transformation

Is Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Right for You?
This path isn't for everyone, and that's okay. It works best for people who:
Have tried traditional therapy with limited results
Feel called to deeper, transformative work
Are willing to face difficult emotions with courage and support
Understand this is a process, not a one-time cure
Are medically and psychologically appropriate candidates (screening required)
If you've been searching for something more—something that honors both the science of healing and the mystery of the soul—psychedelic-assisted therapy might be calling you.
This is your invitation to invest in yourself at the deepest level. To finally release what no longer serves you. To come alive in ways you've only imagined.
Not sure if this is right for you? Let's talk. During a consultation, we can explore whether psychedelic-assisted therapy aligns with your goals, values, and readiness.
